Day 1 - Arrival to Kozyrevsk village
Arrival to Kozyrevsk village. Departure to the central part of Kamchatka by car at 9.00. Stops on the way. Lunch on the bank of river Kamchatka. Crossing Kamchatka river on a ferry. Arrival to Kozyrevsk by 20.00. Sleeping in tens.
Day 2 - Transfer to Ploskiy Tolbachik Volcano (3085m.) Departure at 9.00, transfer to the Central Kamchatka. On the way several stops. Dinner on the bank of the Kamchatka river. The rout lies through the taiga with a lot of streams. Putting up tents at foots of Tolbatcik Volcano, near the stream at 19.00, at the height of 900 meters above the sea level. Rest. Supper. Overnight in tents.
Day 3 - Climbing Plosky Tolbachik volcano (3085m) The most intense day of the program. Breakfast. Departure to the location at 7.00. On the way to the top visiting the olace of eruption of 1941. The rout lies in scoria fields and old lava flows of Ploskiy Tolbachik volcano. Short lunch during the climb. At the top a huge crater 1.8km wide and over 500m deep. Arrival to the camp by 21.00. Festive dinner for the climbers. Overnight in tents.
Day 4 - Excursion to the eruptions
Breakfast. Transfer to the location of the north eruption of Tolbachik volcano (1975-76). Transfer to the dead forest near the southern eruption. Dinner. Visiting the southern eruption. Arrival to the camp at 20.00. Supper. Overnight in tents.
Day 5 - Arrival to Esso village
Departure at 9.00. Crossing over to river Kamchatka. A stop in Kozyrevsk village. Crossing the river on the ferry. Lunch on the way on the bank of essinskaya Bystraya river. Arrival to Esso village. Accomodation in a private hotel by 17.00? rooms for 2-4 people. Bathing in a thermal pool. Dinner.
Day 6 - Transfer to the Malkinskaya Bistraya river. Rafting
Arrival to Petropavlovsk. Visiting ethnographic museum. Stops on the way. Departure to Petropavlovsk at 22.00

Excursion to the Valley of Geisers

Duration: 1 day (5-6 hours)

The greatest geographical discovery of the 20-th century hidden in one of the deep canyons in Kronotsky Biosphere Preserve! The unique and fabulous nature of the Valley attracts tourists and researches from over the world.
Your voyage into this magical place begins with a breathtaking helicopter tour of massive peaks and cliffs, mountain ranges and taiga stretches, rivers and lakes. You will enjoy the beauty and greatness of active and extinct volcanoes.
The Valley of Geisers will meet you with streams of curling stream, light smell of native sulfur and many-colored splashes of silver water. One can find tremendous photo opportunities: spectacular landscapes, geysers and perpetual spouters, mud pots, slopes covered with geyserite sinter and thermophile algae.
One day helicopter and walking tour includes flight over Karymsky and Maly Semyachik volcanoes, walking excursion with a quide and a lunch in the tourist lodge. All year round excursions, the accommodation is possible in summer and autumn.
