«Peter I» – new hotel in Moscow

A new 4* hotel «Peter I» was opened in the center of Moscow. It is a constituent part of the «Budapest» hotel. The general building contractor of this hotel is a Slovenian firm «Rico». The total area of the new hotel is 9,7 thousand square kilometers. The total number of rooms is 134 including 4 suite rooms. All rooms are equipped with internet, satellite, air conditioner system. At client’s service there are also a laundry,  fitness center, swimming pool, beauty parlor, underground parking, conference halls, restaurant «Romanov» with capacity 64 people and bar with capacity 36.

This year 15 new hotel with capacity 3,8 thousand people will be put into service.  The construction project of the »Ritz Carlton » (former «Inturist» on the Tverskaya Street), «Korona Inturist» on Pokrovka, «Holiday Inn Sokolniki»  hotels and others are at the stage of completion at the moment. The restoration of the hotel «Leningradskaya» that is an architectural memorial situated in one of the famous tall houses from the period of Stalin government.
