Aliens registration procedure is simplified in Russia
State Duma accepted in the third final reading the law simplifying aliens registration in Russia. Appropriate modifications are introduced into the law «About legal status in the RF». The law broadens functions of a migratory card - now the card shall contain the information concerning the period of sojournment or stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in Russia. Simultaneously the card shall confirm the right of these persons to the sojourn in Russia. The law prolongs period of stay of these persons in Russia in case if they submit documents for obtaining a permit for the sojourn in the RF. Reference: http://www.turist.ru
