«Friendship route» will pass through Tyumen
Participants of a motor rally «Peking - Moscow: the route of friendship" which starts on July 25 from the central Peking Tiananmen Square will make a stop In Tyumen. The motor rally participants will cover more than 15 thousand kilometers. In a rough, the rally will extend for 45 days - up to the beginning of September. After start the motor column will pass through several northeastern provinces of C.P.R. (Chinese Peoples' Republic) and the border crossing of «Manchzhuria», it will cross the border of China and RF. Besides our city the stoppages are also planned in Zabaykalsk, Chita, Ulan-Ude, Irkutsk, Taishet, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Ekaterinburg, Perm, Izhevsk, Kazan, Nizhniy Novgorod, Ivanovo, Vologda, Saint Petersburg. Journalists of the leading Chinese media, including the International Radio of China, Central Television of China, «Sinhua» Agency, newspaper «Zhenmin Zhibao» will participate in the motor rally. Terminal point of the motor rally is the Red Square of Moscow where a solemn ceremony of meeting will be organized. As the President of the International Radio of China Wang Gengnian told, it is planned to have meetings and press conferences on the route with the leaders of the regions of C.P.R. and Russia, and with the locals. These measures «are called to acquaint the peoples of Russia and China, to contribute to deepening of friendly ties and collaboration between two countries ", he stated.
