Lenin mausoleum will be closed
The mausoleum of Lenin in Moscow will be closed for preventive works from November 10 to December 26. During this period visiting of the mausoleum will be forbidden. As RIA «Novosti» reports, closing of the mausoleum is connected with the performing of biochemical works on preserving of the embalmed body of Lenin. Such works are carried on regularly from the moment of the mausoleum creating and usually it takes from several days to two months. In scientists opinion, under proper care and timely preventive measures Lenin's body can stay in the mausoleum 100 years more. RIA "Novosti": Travel.Ru
