5-star hotel will be built in Novosibirsk by 2008
British company London&Regional Properties is intended to complete started in 2006 construction of a 4-star hotel in Novosibirsk by 2008. The height of a building will be 8-9 floors. The hotel will be rated for 436 bedspaces. It is expected that international operator will be engaged to management of the hotel. At present London&Regional Properties is holding a tender. New hotel will be located in the center of Novosibirsk. City authorities underline that today there are no hotels of 4-5 stars level in their region and it holds off conducting of international events in the city. Travel.Ru
